Science Without Borders students, Pedro Martins, Rafael Xerez, Felipe Siqueira, Gabriela Leite, César Belêm and André Lauar describe their experiences studying civil engineering at the University of Limerick (www.ul.ie/civileng). Detailed descriptions of the Integrated Design Project (IDP) which student complete in Year 3 are provided. The students also described the differences between life in Brazil and life in Limerick.
