Hip Flexibility For Pitching

With this case study we look at Logan’s ability to extend through his hip. He is extremely limited in hip extension and internal rotation. We work on his hip flexibility and mobility through manual hip stretches for iliopsoas and rectus femoris. Following the hip stretches we go through some self mobilizations that you can use to improve your hip flexibility and hip mobility.
