So here's a quick tutorial/thoughts on Left n Right Hand Technique Tips for bass!
I love runnng 7th arpeggios over 2 octaves, and try running scales over more than 1 octave...
I've been getting back into playing my 5 string J bass, and find these simple major 7th exercises really helpful.
Plus I touch on moving the plucking thimb up the strings too...

Of course, you can use these tips for 4 string , 6 string or whatever bass you play ...
Arpeggios across 4 or 5 strings are a great workout...
