Missouri Governor Jay Nixon recaps the 2015 legislative session. He credits the Republican-controlled legislature for the budget it sent to him as well as bills dealing with malpractice liability and issuing bonds to pay for work on state properties, but criticizes the legislature for not passing an ethics bill and confirms he will veto the "right to work" legislation.
