We’ve had access to the house for nearly a year. There have been a lot of distractions but spring is right around the corner and it is almost time to get serious on these renovations. We have come a LONG way. Removing trash bags full of poison ivy, removing disgusting drop ceiling from nearly every room, getting the plumping running enough to take a shower, cleaning and repairing the gutters and roof! That barely scratches the surface.

Anyway I’m glad to share this stage in the process. 🥰Hope you can see past all the peeling paint and look into the future where it is all done, like a normal house!
