Does Specialized's S-Works Epic World Cup race mountain bike really mean death to all hardtails or is it more Epic fail than Epic win? I've been head to head testing this £12000 superbike against a load of other bikes and terrain challenges and speaking to the design team for an exhaustive and exhausting deep dive into it's incredible tech.
