In this episode of the Casa Effeuno series, I prepare crunchy and fragrant baguettes like the French ones. The recipe is very simple and there is no need to use a mixer or knead! Why buy baguettes from the supermarket when with very little effort you can make them 100 times better, at home and with very little effort?
Furthermore, with this episode I dispel the myth that with Effeuno pizza ovens it is not possible to bake bread. Not only is it possible, but it is 10 times better than with a normal home oven.

Poolish / lievitino ingredients:
200g water at room temperature
200g strong flour
2g of fresh yeast or 0.7 dry
