Do you like going out for seafood? It usually costs a fotune and might not turn out great. This time I will be making this advanced version of Crab boil from the south of the US. Foods will be shaken in a bag with a very delicious Cajun mix. A restaurant in HK uses this gimmick as their signiture dish. 材料(2人份量):
貝殼類海產 適量
- 龍蝦1隻
- 海蝦 半斤
- 扇貝 2隻
- 大蜆 半斤
- 聖子 4隻

新薯 3個
粟米 1條
蒜頭 4個
牛油 200克
多香果粉 1湯匙
黑胡椒粒 1湯匙
丁香 2粒
月桂葉 3片
蜆汁 50毫升
甜椒粉 2湯匙
卡宴胡椒 1-2湯匙 (怕辣可以省略)
印第安Cajun 粉 1-1.5湯匙
檸檬 1個
鹽 適量
黑胡椒粉 適量
