For almost two decades now, Fresh Start Organics has been at the forefront of the organic movement in the region. With every organic meals and drinks we enjoy, and natural personal care products we use, Fresh Start has been consistent with its commitment of bringing us organically grown food of the best quality straight from their farms to their food stores, to our homes.

Through the years, Fresh Start has developed a sustainable and secure agricultural food system with an emphasis on the preservation of the environment through regenerative organic agriculture. Fresh Start’s sustainable model is an unending and efficient cycle that begins at the roots with the production of organic fertilizers through large scale bokashi composting, while utilizing waste from its own supply chain.

Seedlings of different produce are grown at Fresh Start’s nurseries. Once of age, these are carefully planted and grown at the farm with care and attention to detail, absolutely free of chemicals, and supplemented by its own organic fertilizers. With the demand for organic produce vastly increasing, Fresh Start also sources produce with a strong emphasis on fair trade, from local small farmers that practice the same agricultural method. This system ensures the wellbeing of our environment and secures the livelihood of the local small farmers.

After harvest, the produce are delivered straight to Fresh Start’s restaurants or other establishments they supply. A wide selection of organic food and beverages are served at Fresh Start’s restaurants located at Robinson’s Place Bacolod, and SM City Bacolod.

The byproducts of this process are then used for the production of Fresh Start’s very own line of plant-based natural care products. Finally, waste material from these processes are collected which will be again used for fertilizer production, at the start of the supply chain. This efficient and holistic approach to agriculture and production has been designed and implemented for almost two decades by Fresh Start.
