30 DAYS NO CANNABIS UPDATE! After posting about quitting cannabis five weeks ago, here’s what I’ve experienced. I’ve had ups and downs—losing my appetite at first, but gaining motivation. I quit binge-watching TV and eating junk food, though I still miss using before the gym. Surprisingly, my anxiety and sleep improved without it, and I’m getting the best rest of my life! But cravings are real, and I’m still working through them. This is my personal journey—sharing what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how I’m moving forward without cannabis.
