In Asiago, in the middle of the plateau, there is a restaurant that is little talked about, but which is worth the trip: it is La Tana Gourmet, a 1 Michelin star restaurant, led in the kitchen by chef Alessandro Dal Degan and in the dining room by Enrico Maglio.
The menu changes twice a year, and is never repeated: what you find in the video is the winter menu inaugurated in December 2023. A journey that reinterprets local tradition with a curious eye and openness to contamination, consistently with the spirit of the lagoon Venetian which has always influenced the local economy and tradition.
