I see a lot of people asking about the heel lift method to dismount from their One Wheels. The Pint has a feature called Simple Stop which is handy but not very practical as you are unable to ride switch because it automatically stops you. (I'm not very good at switch riding but it's slowly coming along). The XR doesn't have this feature so you're either forced to heel lift, tail slam or jump off your board.

Hopefully this rings a bell and makes things a little easier to comprehend how the heel lift works and I also show you another method you can try that I think is even easier than the heel lift method and avoids the awkward balancing act that sometimes happens when you're attempting it!
