今回の動画はタイトル通り、エサがまたしても不足しており今年の冬が過去イチ不足の事態になってきています。特にロール（ホールクロップサイレージ）がとにかく足りていません。
どうして不足しているかは動画内で説明をしていますが、結論から申し上げますと希望の牧場では大型トラックがありましたが、その大型トラックが故障、修理、車検を含め計250万円の費用がかかる事と、浪江町や南相馬にあるトラック専門整備工場がこの修理車検を拒否されてしまいましたので、修理する会社が近所にありません。
今後の費用対効果を考えると運送会社に依頼してエサを運搬してもらうのが賢い選択となった訳ですが、そんな運送業も2024年問題（年間労働時間制限）において３月で廃業した会社が増えており、また運送会社からの一回あたりの運送費が値上がりしており現在では必要最低限の運搬依頼しかできません。

In particular, rolls (whole crop silage) are in short supply anyway. The reason for the shortage is explained in the video, but in conclusion, the farm of hope had a large truck, but the large truck broke down, costing a total of 2.5 million yen including repairs and inspections, and the truck specialist maintenance shops in Namie-cho and Minami-soma refused to carry out these repairs and inspections, so the company repairing the truck was not in the vicinity. There are no companies in the neighbourhood to carry out repairs. Considering the cost-effectiveness in the future, it became a wise choice to ask a transport company to transport the bait, but the number of companies that closed down in March due to the 2024 problem (annual working hour limit) is increasing, and the cost per transport from transport companies is rising. The cost per haul is increasing and now only the minimum necessary haul can be requested. We would like to ask for the cooperation of farmers, dairy farmers, livestock businesses and anyone who can support us by watching the video first.
