Well folks, I received a call from my friend who told me to be ready the next morning as he was going to take me to a very special place and told me that I would be pleasantly surprised, and let me tell you, I certainly was.
We drove up to the hills in a remote village called Gundiya in Gujarat. We met a gentleman named Manish who decided to dedicate his whole lift to provide education for the under privileged children. He gave up his full time job working for the police force and moved here with his wife and child.
I was so overwhelmed and honored to meet him and to attend this amazing event that took place.
Upon our returning journey home, my friend had a big sack of clothes where we stopped at intervals to give the local people.++ When you see the faces of the people who appreciate what they received was really touching.
