In this video we travel from Denneboom Vineyards and Wildlife near Paarl, through Franschhoek, up the Franschhoek Pass, stopping in Villiersdorp to remove our rain gear and then after travelling the dirt back-roads, stopped again in McGregor for lunch and to buy some groceries. The final stretch took us up the Boesmanskloof Pass to a place called "Die Galg" (The Gallows) which lies at the foot of the Galgeberg mountain, named as such because of the one sheer cliff face looking like a gallows. We stayed in a little rustic 6-sleeper reed-roofed cottage, and had a great time having dinner around a fire we made under the patio each night..
