Everything is flowering and bearing fruit at the same time here in British Columbia! Rather than focus on just one of these amazing fruits and flowers, today I'll show one plant to avoid: Spurge Laurel, as well as three you can eat on the go: Salmonberries, Indian Plums and Wild Cherries. You can do tons of different things with each plant, but I just eat them on the trail (and make Indian Plum Sangria).
