Every 2 years the FRA train comes to the LIRR, except it came quite a few months early…

It was still great to see nonetheless and I’m looking forward to the next time it comes around.

The locations in this video are Cold Spring Harbor, the staples street railroad crossing on the central branch, Glen Street, Locust Valley, Nassau Blvd, Garden City, Manhasset, Great Neck, Woodmere, Cedarhurst, East Rockaway, the rocklyn Avenue railroad crossing west of Centre Avenue, the ocean Avenue railroad crossing east of Malverne, Lakeview, the abandoned Brookhaven railroad station, Bay Shore, and Wantagh.
