Sometimes we all need a break. Or at least I know I do. So in this video I’m talking a mental health day to practice some small healthy habits and do things I enjoy to help me get out of a rut. We’re going to make some healthy food, do some cleaning, spend time outside, and more! All the things to help me get back to a better mental state. ✨
