Afer posting our video where we 3d-printed an airless basketball out of PEBA filament, lots of people asked us how we printed it. In this video, we will show you the settings we used to print the basketball, along with the printing setup that we used to print the ball. Printer settings/info:
Printer: Bambu Lab P1S
Custom PEBA profile (using settings recommended by KIMYA)
Nozzle Temperature: 250C
Bed Temperature: 100C
Speed: 40 mm/s
Walls: 4
Infill: 50% gyroid infill
Support settings: I had to block supports at the top and paint them on the bottom using Bambu Studio, then I used normal (manual) supports.
