In 2019, Snowshoe opened the first third of their new, blue rated flow trail, Dirt Beaver. I was told completion of the trail was halted due to COVID at the beginning of the 2020 season. I had not heard it was completed and opened but apparently that happened at the beginning of September. This trail is a great addition to the basin side of the park. Its about the same difficulty as Dreamweaver and is a great beginner/intermediate friendly trail. Its fast and flowy and has some nice tabletops throughout the trail! This is my new favorite warm up trail. This was our first time doing the whole trail top to bottom and our first run of the day so took it a little easy. Looks forward to hauling down it next year!
