The peaking phase emphasises on a new method of training, and it is only advisable to complete once you have achieved the previous phases of strength and conditioning within this online training platform.

If you would like to be in the best physical condition possible, the previous phases must be achieved first.

Peaking for your main triathlon and duathlon races is the main goal in this phase of training. At this stage you will have developed some sound exercise technique and adaptations within your triathlon strength and conditioning journey.
