Mt. Baker in the third highest mountain (~10,800 ft) in Washington, but Coleman-Deming route is a good beginner mountaineering route that does not require a lot of technical skills except watching out for crevasses, ice fall and rock fall hazards that are typical of any glacier climb.
We summited in mid May, early season reduces the risks of crevasses. The hike was relatively straightforward. Enjoy the scenary in this video.
