Fetus Ultrasound, Placenta Accreta Part4

As fully explained in the previous 3 videos, placenta accreta spectrum is a very critical issue in pregnancy, especially in high-risk women.
On the one hand, the lack of correct diagnosis leads to many risks for the mother during cesarean section, and there is even a risk of maternal mortality, and on the other hand, a false positive diagnosis will cause unnecessary procedures with possible maternal morbidities.
Considering all these items, an accurate report with a common language of ultrasound findings plays a significant role in the decision-making of obstetrics.
