Welcome back to the Underground! It is the middle of Winter and its cold! The drink specials today at the Underground feature everything you need to take the chill off. It doesn’t matter if you like Hot Chocolate, Coffee or a toddy, we’ve got you covered with these. CHEERS! Readyyyyy…..DRINK!

GINGER HOT TODDY:
1 oz. Whiskey or Brandy
1 oz. Ginger Brandy or Liqueur
½ Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Ginger Syrup
Splash of Ginger Juice (optional)
Pour all ingredients in to a warm mug. Fill mug with hot water. Garnish with lemon and/or candied ginger.

TROPICAL WINTER HOT CHOCOLATE:
1 oz. Coconut Rum
1 oz. Spiced Rum
Pour rums into a warm mug. Fill with Hot Chocolate. Garnish with toasted marshmallows, whipped cream or toasted coconut

HOT NUTTY IRISHMAN:
¾ oz. Hazelnut Liqueur
¾ oz. Irish Cream
¾ oz. Coffee Liqueur
Pour all ingredients in to a warm mug. Fill with hot coffee. Garnish with fresh whipped cream.
