We are still in the Akan Mashu National Park and in this video on our van life Japan trip, we head to Lake Akan which is famous for it's rare marimo algae.

On the banks of Lake Akan, the largest Ainu town in Hokkaido can be found. There are many amazing souvenir shops and restaurants selling traditional Ainu items.
