The Fox DHX is a tried and tested platform. For many its the perfect way to achieve a Mini DH bike feel without needing 200mm of rear wheel travel. So why do bike manufacturers insist on selling enduro bikes with air shocks?

Can this simple but significant upgrade be enough to stop me from buying a downhill bike?
