Flourless chocolate chip cookies that the whole family will love!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 Medium banana
• 1 c creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1 egg room temperature
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 c dark chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment sheet.
• In a medium bowl, mash banana. Add in peanut butter, egg, sugar, baking soda, salt, vanilla and mix until combined. A few small chunks of banana won’t affect the cookie.
• Use a cookie scoop to drop dough onto cookie sheet, about 1 in. away from each other.
• Bake for about 9-13, to preferred golden color.
