STOP moving your arms on your Torso Twists!

It seems like it would add challenge, but it’s really adding challenge the wrong way! If we’re trying to challenge our core / obliques as much as possible, the key is to keep the weight locked on the body!

With the weight “glued” to your upper chest, try to rotate as much as you possibly can to each side SLOWLY and you’ll instantly feel how much more challenge you get when you make the focus your TWIST rather than your arms!
