Amateur Ham Radio at it's finest...the Annual ARRL Field Day was held this year on 22-23 June 2024. This event ham radio operators from all of USA and Canada take to the hilltops to operate amateur radio under rudimentary conditions to practice their skills for emergency operations in the event of natural disasters, grid-down, or other SHTF situations. But don't let all that fool you, we have a TON of fun!!! Our group, K3ODX The Independent Radio Crew operated from near Cresco, PA on top of Dancing Ridge Dark Sky in the Delaware State Forest. And as you'll see in the video, we have some GREAT EATS!!!
