Ingredients:
500 gr of ground beef.
1/4 Onion and a medium piece of Leek/Leek or 1/2 large Onion.
4 to 6 Green Chiles (Jalapenos, serranos, green peppers, etc.).
2 to 3 guaje or Roma tomatoes.
1/2 tsp seasoning or salt to taste.
1/4 tsp Cumin or to taste.
1 to 2 teaspoons of Paprika or ground paprika.
1/4 tsp ground black pepper.
1 Tbsp Coriander or dried celery leaves or a handful of fresh cilantro.
Soy sauce or maggi sauce to taste.
Flour Tortillas (you can make them or buy them).
To decorate:
Avocado or Guacamole.
Lettuce.
Dip.
Fresh cream.
