Marechaussee Hunter is currently one of the best Artifact set since it greatly boost your Crit Rate by 36% if your HP is increasing/decreasing. Using this set you can just basically give your pieces some Crit DMG stats.

The only downside of this set is that the fact that only Fontaine Characters fully utilize this set, unless you have Furina to proc the passive.
