Double kettlebell work with a 1:1 work to rest ratio, A+A style.
The complex can also be done with one kettlebell, either doing one side (5 left, 5 right, for cleans and jerks, then 5 burpees) or alternating side each set.
If it gets too taxing, a 1:2 work / rest ratio would allow for enough recovery in between sets
Warmup with 3/3 turkish get ups
The complex:
5 double cleans
5 double jerks
5 burpees
10 rounds, 150 reps
Current garage-gym temperature: 6 degrees. The time to move into the living room is coming close...
Something is not right with my left shoulder. It doesn't snap, it doesn't press, it once gives up during the recording. After 6 weeks of calisthenics work (getting to 18 sets of 12 reps per muscle group per week) I'll go back to a more low rep, high weight, strength-focussed plan paired with more aerobic complexes to rebuild it back up.
