A plethora of food trucks that includes every type of cuisine you can imagine at the Fresno Farmers Market in River Park. So many selections. We decided to start off with Rice Spice, a food truck that specializes in mouth watering traditional Thai dishes. We ordered the spicy Pad Kra Pow: stir-fried ground meat with Thai Basil and we also added a fried egg. Rice Spice also gave me a delicious Thai Tea that complimented the dish well. We then ventured off to 100% Sabor Casero, a food truck that specializes in Mexican food. We ordered the juicy Jalisco tacos and they were a hit! After eating at those two food trucks we then went to Cinn-A-Bit and ordered an amazing cinnamon roll, a must try if you are in the Fresno area.
