The Food Lab is one of the most important cookbooks in my collection and I encourage any home chef to read it. It's got great recipes, instructions, and explanations for all things cooking. I gave this book as a recommendation in my "Top 5 Cookbooks for Beginners" video and I go more in depth on why I like this book in the video. Enjoy!
