Customer was not able to route air to dash/face vents and floor vents when using dash knob.

Turns out one of their HVAC mechanism pieces was missing. All these white plastic bits are required for normal operation. Video shot from drivers side under dash of center section of car. This was a 2002 Prius, 2001-2003 Prius are all the same.
