Bike thefts are on the rise. If you transport your bike on a rack or in your truck bed, you should really consider additional safety measures. For me, that means trying out this bike lock with a built in alarm. Tamper with it and the alarm will go off. Cut the cable and the alarm will go off. Will it stop all criminals? No. Will it give some added security? Yes.
