Today I'm assembling the all-new Weber Searwood Pellet Grill and doing the burn-off. The Searwood is replacing the popular but flawed SmokeFire, so I'm excited to see if this new design fixes the issues I had with that smoker. I'll also go through my first impressions of this smoker before jumping into our full review in the next few days.
