Chilli con carne Recipe:

1 large onion chopped
3 cloves I garlic
2 red peppers chopped
1 tablespoon each  of following spices
Chilli powder 
Paprika
Cumin
Marjoram 1 teaspoon
Mincemeat
1 oxo cube mixed with boiling water to dissolve

Side plates to accompany the chilli
Grated cheese
Sliced cucumber
Chopped onions
Sour cream
Garlic bread
