Frosting:

Whipped cream:
*whip heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks and add desired amount of powdered sugar

Cream cheese Frosting:
Blend together 1 stick of butter and 8 oz cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla and desired amount of powdered sugar

Chocolate cake:
*Mix wet ingredients + sugar
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup butter
-1 egg
-1 tsp vanilla

*Add dry ingredients:
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1 cup flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-pinch salt

*Blend all together then add
-1/2 cup boiling water

*Bake 350 20 - 25 min




White cupcakes:
Mix wet ingredients
-1 cup milk
-1 tsp apple cider vingegar
-1 cup sugar
-1/3 cup butter
-2 tsp vanilla
-

Mix in dry ingredients:
-2 cups flour
-1 1/2 tsp baking poeder
-pinch salt


Bake 350 20 minutes
makes 12 cupcakes
