I was guided by the fake values \u200b\u200bof the limiting parameters of the average transistor drain current of 72 amperes found in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet.
In fact, the maximum drain current is 49 amperes and, accordingly, the maximum power of this inverter with two transistors in the arm is 2120 watts at a load of 8.15 ohms.
The efficiency is 91%.
The pulsed drain current is 108 amperes.
