Friday May 7th 1999 and a pair of 141 class locos pull into the passing loop at Enfield Station, County Meath, Ireland in order to cross the up passenger. Watch as the loco driver tosses over the hand ring containing the staff (token) used for single line working on the way in. You will see it being handed up by the signalman to the up passenger loco driver. Turn the speaker volume up and watch the depart as 156 and 144 struggle to get going! There are 9 molasses and 24 x 4 wheel timber wagons on the train. I believe the driver is Christy McGovern. Apologies for the poor picture and sound. The tape had been damaged and had to be restored. Enjoy.
