There may be many benefits of honey, lemon, grapefruit and mint, but combine them and you definitely get a nice cup of hot tea. I drink lemon and ginger to soothe symptoms of cold and flu. This is also a good source of vitamin C and antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS
2 medium to large lemons
1 medium to large grapefruit
16 to 18 fl oz of honey (you can also sub with sugar)
2.5 oz piece of fresh ginger
a bunch of fresh mint leaves
2 - 16 oz glass storage jars
