Opened in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture on February 2, 2021, Floret is a crepe and tapioca specialty store that delivers small happiness through Floret (small flowers). Originally, it was sold as a kitchen car in Saitama and Tokyo. (The kitchen car is still open)
The crepe is full of cream and very voluminous, as if you were saying "crepe like a bouquet full of cream". When the viscous dough is baked on an iron plate, it is chewy and slightly sweet, and you can eat more and more cream with plenty of low sweetness. It's a crepe shop with a very nice atmosphere, and it's a crepe that you can understand why you are loved. The chocolate banana cream and strawberry flower I ordered this time are not added toppings, but they usually have a lot of cream and a lot of strawberries on them, so it's very volumey.
It seems possible to increase the amount of cream for one bottle, so I wanted to try that as well next time.

It seems that "bouquet crepe with plenty of cream" will be added as a new menu soon, and you may be able to eat crepe with a bouquet on it.
