Raskhan Samadhi is one of the main places of interest in Gokul Dham. Raskhan was a great devotee of Shri Krishna. He spent his entire life in devotion to Krishna in Gokul and Brindavan. Raskhan was born in 1548 in Delhi in a Pathan family. Raskhan was very impressed with Shri Krishna, so he came to Vrindavan. In Vrindavan, he had done devotion to Krishna and studied Bhagwat. Raskhan had written many couplets and books on Shri Krishna. He also did Krishna devotion while staying at Raman Reti Ashram in Gokul.
He died in Vrindavan Dham in 1628. It is said that the last rites of Raskhan were performed by Lord Krishna. Raskhan Samadhi is situated next to Raman Reti Ashram. It is one of the main tourist places of Gokul Dham. If you are coming on Gokul Yatra, then definitely visit Raskhan Samadhi.
