The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway never fail to disappoint when holding their 'Steam & Diesel Gala' and this time it was no different.

Alongside Romney's Home Fleet of Locomotives, 'River Esk' joined in the fun on the marsh. 'Count Louis' also joined in, providing shuttles around New Romney on both days.

Romney's Loco No1 "Green Goddess" was disguised as "Flying Scotsman" during the weekend, as part of Scotsman's Centenary Celebrations.

The highlight of the weekend was indeed River Esk at the helm of the Multi-Header, to Dungeness and Back.
