🔹Ingredients🔹
Dough:
✔Wheat flour - 350 g.
✔Butter (chilled)—140 g.
✔Sugar - 80 g.
✔Vanilla/vanilla sugar - to taste.
✔Salt - 1/3 tsp.
✔Baking powder - 1 tsp.
✔Egg - 1 pc.
Filling:
✔Apples - 800 g.
✔Sugar - 100 g or to taste.
✔Cinnamon - 1 tsp. (optional).
✔Butter - 30 g.
✔Walnuts - 30-40 g (optional).
✔More love and good mood (required).

The diameter of my baking dish is 24 cm.

🕒 Bake at 170°C/338 F for an average of 1 hour. The exact baking time depends on the features of your oven.

✅The amount of sugar can be changed to your taste and depending on the sweetness of the apples.
✅If you wish, you can peel the apples.
✅ Instead of cinnamon, you can use lemon or orange zest.
✅Walnuts can be excluded or replaced with any others.
✅This pie can be made with different berries and fruits.
