In this video, I walk you through how to create the Halation effect in Premiere Pro after the recent update. Some of the original effects (like channel blur!) I used in my previous tutorials were removed, so this is an updated method using different tools added to the software.

Keep in mind though, that while this approach replicates the Halation effect, it’s not the exact same method as before, but a new solution to achieve a similar look given the changes.
