Hello Everyone!

Mixed Berry Cobbler
4 C. Fresh Berries (a mix of Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries or Raspberries)
1 Large Egg at Room Temperature
1 C. Sugar
1 C. All-Purpose
6 T. Melted Salted Butter or if using Unsalted Butter, add a pinch of salt to the flour.

Bake @375 degrees 35-45 minutes or until golden brown on top and hot and bubbly around the sides. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream (optional).
