In this video we visit Andi from @SubiPerformance with the S55 engine from our last video. We consult his expertise in order to find a sensible way of dealing with LDS-coated BMW engines in the future. In doing so, we primarily pursue the question of which solution for a repair is the most profitable and reliable.

Then we continue with our current E39 M5 restoration project. We'll give you an update and drive to Luli'co GmbH, where we'll have the vehicle painted. What is the condition of the body and what needs to be done to achieve a satisfying result?

In the third and last part of the video we will guide you through our workshop as usual. Among other things, it is about the E46 M3 of a customer from Luxembourg, whose S54 engine suffered a block failure after a connecting rod bearing damage.
