Challenge yourself for the 10 Minute intense squat workout along with Carole and Ben.

There are 11 squat variations which we perform for 25 sec each with 15 sec rest in-between and of course a finisher at the end.

Do this workout at home, somewhere outside, or at the gym. Push yourself beyond your limits, it is always worth it, because you will feel amazing afterward.

And most important always stay for the finisher!
